Yo what’s the 411 on Returns? They're Free. Say whaaaaaaaat?

While we are out of office the returns policy will apply as per usual just with a 3 months gap.

If you purchases within. 30 days of closure, your return will still be valid for the same period upon reopening.


  • Yep, free returns are available on all products you're not stoked with within 30 days of purchase (within Australia).
  • Items from sample sales cannot be returned. Refunds and store credit cannot be offered. 
  • Sale items cannot be refunded but we are happy to offer store credits.
  • International returns are also accepted but at the senders postage cost.
  • Items must be unwashed & unworn with tags still attached and in original packaging.
  • If tags are not attached we cannot accept your return.

To start a return enter your email and order number below. Do not send your return back without creating a return order.

Please make sure your return is clearly marked with your details on it.


If we are not issuing your return postage it is recommended to use registered post as returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. 


We will issue you with a store credit to use online so you can grab that other size or item you'd prefer.

If you have received a faulty item, please email us at and we’ll work on getting your item repaired if possible. If your product is not repairable we will either issue you with a new product if available or a store credit for the purchase value of your product.
