Yo what’s the 411 on Returns? They're Free. Say whaaaaaaaat?

  • Yep, free returns are available on all products you're not stoked with within 30 days of purchase (within Australia).
  • Items from sample sales cannot be returned. Refunds and store credit cannot be offered. 
  • Sale items cannot be refunded but we are happy to offer store credits.
  • International returns are also accepted but at the senders postage cost.
  • Items must be unwashed & unworn with tags still attached and in original packaging.
  • If tags are not attached we cannot accept your return.

To start a return log into your Shopify account or hit the button below. Enter your email and you'll be sent a code giving you access to your returns portal. Find the product you're after, hit the return button below it and follow your nose. Easy as!

* Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed during busy times.

Please make sure your return is clearly marked with your details on it.


If we are not issuing your return postage it is recommended to use registered post as returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. 


We will issue you with a store credit to use online so you can grab that other size or item you'd prefer.

If you have received a faulty item, please email us at and we’ll work on getting your item repaired if possible. If your product is not repairable we will either issue you with a new product if available or a store credit for the purchase value of your product.
