• Returns are offered for change of mind on full price items within 30 days from time of purchase for a store credit or refund
  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
  • International returns are also accepted
  • Items must be unworn with tags still attached and in original packaging
  • If tags are not attached we cannot accept your return

We do not cover the costs of returns. It is recommended to use registered post as returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE

Sorry we don't offer exchanges, but don't worry you can send back your item and we will issue you with a store credit to use online so you can grab that other size or item you'd prefer. We'll send your store credit once your returned items are received at the about address, ensuring the above points are adhered to. 

Please allow a couple of business days for your item to arrive. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received we will notify you via email. Refunds are put back onto your original method of payment or in the form of a store credit upon choosing.

FAULTY
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at hello@yukithreads.com and we’ll work on replacing your item for a new one.
