• Returns are offered for change of mind on full price items within 30 days from time of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund
  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
  • International returns are also accepted
  • Items must be unworn with tags still attached and in original packaging
  • If tags are not attached we cannot accept your return

RETURN SHIPPING

We do not cover the costs of returns. It is recommended to use registered post as returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are dispatched once your returned items arrive at the warehouse. Please allow a couple of business days for the exchange process at the warehouse.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received we will notify you via email. Refunds are put back onto your original method of payment or in the form of a store credit upon choosing.

FAULTY
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at contact@yukithreads.com and we’ll work on replacing your item for a new one.
