We’re back on the road for our favourite event of the year — YUKI BIRDS.
For over 10 years, Yuki Birds has been bringing together women and gender-diverse riders to build confidence, make new mates and have an absolute blast on the mountain. What started as a small community shred has grown into one of the most-loved events on the snow calendar, creating a space where everyone feels welcome to learn, progress and be part of something bigger.
This year we're got a huge day at Perisher (sorry other resorts, we'll miss you). Then following up the next weekend with Falls Creek for a day packed, which is always high vibes!.
Whether you're just cruising the hill, dropping into the park for the first time or chasing new tricks, Yuki Birds is all about progression without pressure. Over the last decade we've watched hundreds of riders push beyond their comfort zones, build lifelong friendships and discover a whole new level of confidence on snow.
Based on your feedback, we've levelled things up again this year with:
• Hydration station to keep the shred alive
• Tunes in the park for maximum vibes
• Mentors helping you dial in new tricks or refine old ones
• Après that absolutely slaps
At its core, Yuki Birds has always been about breaking down barriers and creating a welcoming space for more people to enjoy the mountains. Ten years on, that mission hasn't changed — we've just got a bigger crew doing it together.
See you on the hill 🤘
PERISHER - 25th July
FALLS CREEK - 1st August
You and your buddies. Share it around and come up with your pals.
What if I am a skier? Can you give a hi 5 and be a badass? Sweet, you're in. Skiers are 100% welcomed with open arms!
I'm a guy, can I still come? HELL NO! But you can come and hang later :)
The aim of our Yuki Birds Sessions is to bring women and our LGBTQIA+ crew through snowboarding and skiing. We aim to help break down the intimidation barriers around entering, riding and progressing in the park and around the mountain.
Meet up with the crew in the morning before lapping the park or cruising the resort with your new mates in small groups, each with 1-2 of our Yuki team leaders. Keep the vibe going for the afternoon or leave it there. In the evening we’ll have a catch-up so if you skip the arv sesh we can link back up then. If you're keen on coming along make sure you register below. Once signed up we'll send you a detailed list of what will be happening on the day.
Can’t wait to see you there!!!

Since day one, Teags has been at the heart of Yuki Birds — helping create a space where women and gender-diverse riders can show up, have a crack, fall over...
