1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Yuki Threads Pty Ltd ABN 74 169 511 228, located in Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

  • Entrants must be 16 years or older.

  • Employees of Yuki Threads and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway starts on Friday 14 November 2025 and ends on 25 November 2025 at 12:00pm (AEDT).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must submit their email address and phone number via the official entry form on the Yuki Threads website.

  • One entry per person.

  • Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

  • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Yuki Threads (you can unsubscribe at any time).

5. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

Prize:

  • 1 x Slack Country 3L Kit, including:

    • Jacket

    • Puffer

    • Pants
      (Value: over $1,300 AUD)

  • Prize is not transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Sizing and colours subject to availability at time of fulfillment.

  • No flights, accommodation, or additional items are included.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected via random draw on 25 November 2025.

  • The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at entry.

  • The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

  • If the winner does not respond within that timeframe, Yuki Threads reserves the right to redraw.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information provided during entry will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, and add entrants to the Yuki Threads marketing database.

  • Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your policy).

8. General Conditions

  • Yuki Threads reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or any third party platform.
